NAVIGATING LIFE’S CHALLENGES TOGETHER

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and for over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s many challenges. My journey as a therapist has taken me through community-based programs, private practice, and hospital settings—each experience deepening my understanding and appreciation of the unique paths people take toward healing.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, mood instability, impulsivity, self-esteem issues, and everyday life stressors. I hold certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional – Level II. I’m also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and trained in Compassion Focused Therapy, which allows me to tailor treatment approaches to each client’s specific needs.
My therapeutic style is rooted in strength-based and empowerment models. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. I work collaboratively with clients to help them build self-awareness, enhance coping and problem-solving skills, and move toward goals that truly matter to them—all within a safe, validating, and non-judgmental environment.
Above all, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength and begin their healing journey with confidence, clarity, and compassion. Whether you're working through past trauma, navigating a difficult life transition, or simply seeking a space to feel heard and supported, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
Warmly,
Nathalia Lopez, LCPC
